Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:SECTION 1. The sum appropriated under item (
j), subparagraph (23) for the Province of Samar, page 465, paragraph C, Title J, Section two of Republic Act Numbered Twenty hundred and ninety-three is transferred to item (
i) of the same subparagraph, which is amended to read as follows:
"(i) Oras Breakwater, Improvement............P25,000.00"
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
