Be it enacted by the Batasang Pambansa in session assembled:
SECTION 1. The name of Barangay Ventinilla East in the Municipality of Sta. Barbara, Province of Pangasinan, is changed to Barangay Primicias.
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
