[ Act No. 1694, August 20, 1907 ]

AN ACT TO REPEAL SECTION FOURTEEN OF ACT NUMBERED THREE HUNDRED AND NINE, ENTITLED " AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE COMPULSORY VACCINATION OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PHILIPPINE ISLANDS."

By authority of the United States, be it enacted by the Philippine Commission, that:

SECTION 1. Section fourteen of Act Numbered Three hundred  Repeal and nine entitled "An Act providing for the compulsory vaccination of the inhabitants of the Philippine Islands," is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. The public good requiring the speedy enactment of this bill, the passage of the same is hereby expedited in accordance with section two of "An Act proscribing the order of procedure by the Commission in the enactment, of laws," passed September twenty-sixth, nineteen hundred.

SEC. 3. This Act. shall fake effect on its passage.

Enacted, August 20, 1907.
