Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Legislature assembled and by the authority of the same:

SECTION 1. The sitios of Disinaddayan, Ava, Gumit, Magaluttu and Daniga, of the municipality of Santiago, Province of Isabela, are hereby consolidated and converted into one independent barrio which shall be known by the name of "Rizal."

SEC. 2. All acts or parts of acts inconsistent with the provisions of this Act are hereby repealed.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
