AN ACT TO APPROPRIATE FUNDS FOR THE ACQUISITION AND INSTALLATION OF AN ELECTRO-CARDIOGRAPHIC APPARATUS FOR USE IN THE PHILIPPINE GENERAL HOSPITAL.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Legislature assembled and by the authority of the same:

SECTION 1. The Secretary of the Interior may, whenever he shall deem it advisable in the public interest, authorize the acquisition and installation in the Philippine General Hospital of an electro-cardiographic apparatus, for use in the treatment of the patients at said hospital. The sum of twelve thousand pesos, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the Insular Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to carry out the purposes of this Act.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
