AN ACT DECLARING AS BONUS THE THREE MONTHS ADVANCE PAY AUTHORIZED IN ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NUMBERED ONE HUNDRED SIXTY-SEVEN, DATED DECEMBER TWELVE, NINETEEN HUNDRED AND FORTY-ONE, OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES, AND IN COMMONWEALTH ACT NUMBERED SIX HUNDRED SEVENTY-SIX.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in Congress assembled:

Section 1. The three months advance pay given, pursuant to Administrative Order Numbered One hundred sixty-seven, dated December twelve, nineteen hundred and forty-one, of the President of the Philippines, and Commonwealth Act Numbered Six hundred seventy-six, to officials, employees and laborers of the Commonwealth Government, including those of provincial, city and municipal governments, and of government owned or controlled corporations, is hereby declared as bonus, and the officials, employees and laborers who received such pay shall not be required to reimburse the same.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
