[ LETTER OF INSTRUCTIONS NO. 378, March 05, 1976 ]

Philippine Aerospace Development Corporation
All Heads of Offices of All Civilian Government Agencies, Government owned and Controlled Corporations, and all other Instrumentalities that own aircraft

In order to promote more efficient use of government aircraft, save on capital outlays for new aircraft, save on operating, maintenance and overhaul expenses, the Philippines Aerospace Development Corporation shall study and develop a centralized pooling system for all aircraft owned by all civilian government agencies and instrumentalities.

The Chairman of the Board, Philippines Aerospace Development Corporation shall submit for approval by this Office the implementing rules and regulations for such a pooling system 45 days from the date of this Instruction.

Done in the City of Manila, this 5th day of March, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and seventy-six.
