I have the honor to refer to your Note No. MAN 51/86 dated 14 February 1986 requesting the renewal of the Philippines-Singapore Agreement on the Stationing of a Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF) Detachment at Clark Air Base to Undergo Continuation Training, which will expire on 30 March 1986.
The Philippine Government is agreeable to the renewal of the said Agreement with the existing amendments for another year without modification. Accordingly, your note and this reply shall constitute an agreement between the Philippines and Singapore effective for one year beginning 1 April 1986.

Excellency,
I have the honour to refer to the agreement between the Republic of the Philippines and the Republic of Singapore on the stationing of a Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF) detachment at Clark Air Base to undergo continuation training, which will expire on 30 March 1986.
The Singapore Government is deeply grateful to the Philippine Government for the smooth implementation of the agreement and would like to seek the approval of the Philippine Government to renew the agreement with the existing amendments for a further period of one year.
If the request for renewal is acceptable, I have the honour to propose that this note and Your Excellency's reply concurring therein constitute an agreement between Singapore and the Philippines to take effect on the date of the said reply.
