The undersigned, PACIFICO A. CASTRO, Acting Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of the Philippines, and CHANG HOON KIM, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Korea in the Philippines, duly authorized by their respective Governments to exchange their respective instruments of ratification to the Agreement of Economic and Technical Cooperation between the Government of the Republic of the Philippines and the Government of the Republic of Korea signed on 3 February 1983 in Manila, after having found them to be in due form, have on this date exchanged the said instruments of ratification.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, they have signed the present Protocol of Exchange and have affixed thereto their respective seals.

DONE at Manila on 13th day of June 1985, in two original copies each in English language, both of which are equally authentic.
