The undersigned, MANUEL T. YAN, Acting Secretary of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of the Philippines, and KEITH MACINNES, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland in the Philippines, duly authorized by their respective governments to exchange their respective Instruments of Ratification to the Convention on Social Security Between the Government of the Republic of the Philippines and the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland signed on 27 February 1985 at London, having found them to be in due foasm, have on this date exchanged the said instruments of ratification.
