[ EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 323, April 12, 1988 ]

AMENDING EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 316, DATED JANUARY 19, 1988, INSTITUTING THE PRESIDENTIAL CITATION FOR OUTSTANDING SERVICE TO PHILIPPINE DEMOCRACY.



I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby amend the last paragraph of Executive Order No. 316, dated January 19, 1988, instituting the Presidential Citation for Outstanding Service to Philippine Democracy, to read as follows:
"The Presidential Citation shall be conferred in gold medal. The National Historical Institute shall prescribe such rules and regulations concerning the design specifications of the Presidential Citation for Outstanding Service to Philippine Democracy, the manner of wearing them, and other details pertinent thereto, which rules and regulations shall be approved by the President of the Philippines."
This Executive Order shall take effect immediately.

Done in the City of Manila, this 12th day of April in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and eighty-eight.
