Pursuant to the powers vested in me by law, I, Elpidio Quirino, President of the Philippines, do hereby designate the following officials to constitute the Deportation Board:

1. The Undersecretary of Justice	Chairman
2. The Solicitor General	Member
3. The Vice-Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces of the Philippines	Member

Executive Order No. 398, dated January 5, 1951, is hereby modified accordingly.
