Upon the recommendation of the Provincial Board of Isabela and pursuant to the provisions of section 68 of the Revised Administrative Code, the seat of government of the municipality of San Pablo, Isabela, is hereby returned from the barrio of Auitan where it was transferred by Executive Order No. 109, series of 1946, to the old poblacion or Centro of said municipality.
This transfer shall take effect immediately.
