[ EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 201, December 16, 1969 ]

DECLARING THE MANILA SOUTH DIVERSION ROAD (LIMITED ACCESS), HIGHWAY 54-ALABANG SECTION, THE “MANILA SOUTH EXPRESSWAY” AND AUTHORIZING COLLECTION OF TOLLS THEREFROM



By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare the Manila South Diversion Road (Limited Access), from Km. 2.264 to Km. 16.592 (Highway 54-Alabang Section), the MANILA SOUTH EXPRESSWAY, and pursuant to Republic Act No. 3741, declare same as a toll facility.

The Secretary of Public Works and Communications is hereby authorized to promulgate such rules and regulations regarding the operation of the road as toll facility consonant with the provisions of R.A. 2000, and to determine, fix and/or revise from time to time, as the necessity therefor arises, the schedule of toll rates to be charged on vehicles passing through the toll road.

This Order shall take effect immediately.

Done in the City of Manila, this 16th day of December, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and sixty-nine.
