Pursuant to Sec. 5 (3), Art. VIII of the Constitution, the Hon. ANASTACIO C. RUFON, Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 52, Bacolod City is hereby DESIGNATED as Acting Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 48, same court, in addition to his regular duties in his own court, effective immediately and to continue until the appointment and assumption to duty of the regular judge thereat or until further orders from this Court.
This order revokes Administrative Order No. 124-98, dated September 18, 1998, in so far as the designation of Judge Othello M. Villanueva, Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 49, Bacolod City, as Acting Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 48, same court, is concerned.
