Pursuant to Sec. 5 (3), Art. VIII of the Constitution, the Hon. ENRIQUE M. PASCUA, Presiding Judge of the Municipal Circuit Trial Court: Paoay - Currimao, llocos Norte is hereby DESIGNATED as Acting Presiding Judge of the Metropolitan Trial Court, Branch 64, Makati City, in addition to his duties as Assisting Judge of the Metropolitan Trial Court, Makati City, effective immediately and to continue until the appointment and assumption to duty of the regular judge thereat or until further orders from this Court. He shall be entitled to an additional expense allowance and a hardship allowance as provided for in the Resolution No. 99-1-04-SC of the Court En Banc dated February 2, 1999.
