Pursuant to Sec. 5 (3), Art. VIII of the Constitution, the Hon. HERMINIA V. PASAMBA, Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 81, Malolos, Bulacan, is hereby DESIGNATED as Acting Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branches 39 and 40, Manila, effective immediately and to continue until the appointment and assumption to duty of the regular judge thereat or until further orders from this Court.

Hon. OSCAR P. BARRIENTOS, Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 82, Malolos, Bulacan, is hereby DESIGNATED as Acting Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 81, same court, in addition to his regular duties in his own court, effective immediately and to continue until the return of Judge Herminia V. Pasamba or until further orders from this Court.

It shall be understood that both judges shall be entitled to an additional expense allowance and a hardship allowance as provided for in the Resolution No. 99-1-04- SC of the Court En Banc dated February 2, 1999.
