In the interest of an efficient administration of justice and pursuant to Sec. 5 (3), Art. VIII of the Constitution, the Hon. LORIFEL L. PAHIMNA, Presiding Judge of the Metropolitan Trial Court, Branch 73, Pateros, Metro Manila is hereby DESIGNATED as Assisting Judge of the Metropolitan Trial Court, Parañaque, Metro Manila, in addition to her regular duties in her own court, without additional compensation, except the reimbursement of travelling expenses with per diems, effective immediately and to continue until further orders from this Court.
She shall be entitled to an additional expense allowance and a hardship allowance as provided for in the Resolution No. 99-1-04-SC of the Court En Banc dated February 2, 1999.
