Pursuant to Sec. 5 (3), Art. VIII of the Constitution, the Hon. ZORAYDA HERRADURA SALCEDO , Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 32, San Pablo City is hereby DESIGNATED as Acting Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 33, Siniloan, Laguna, in addition to her regular duties in her own court, without additional compensation except the reimbursement of travelling expenses with per diems, effective immediately and to continue until the appointment and assumption to duty of the regular judge thereat or until further orders from this Court. She shall be entitled to an additional expense allowance and a hardship allowance as provided for in the Resolution No. 99-1-04-SC of the Court En Banc dated February 2, 1999.
