Pursuant to Sec. 5 (3), Art. VIII of the Constitution, the Hon. MARY BELLE L. DEMOT-MARINAS, Presiding Judge of the Municipal Circuit Trial Court: Buguias - Bakun, Benguet is hereby DESIGNATED as Acting Presiding Judge of the Municipal Trial Court in Cities, Branch 3, Baguio City, effective immediately and to continue until the appointment and assumption to duty of the regular judge thereat or until further orders from this Court. She shall be entitled to an additional expense allowance and a hardship allowance as provided for in the Resolution No. 99-1-04-SC of the Court En Banc dated February 2, 1999.
This order amends Administrative Order No. 107-98 dated August 20, 1999, insofar as the designation of Judge Marinas as Assisting Judge of the Municipal Trial Court in Cities, Baguio City is concerned.
