1. All Municipal Boards or City Councils, and all Municipal Councils in cities and municipalities in which a subdivision ordinance is in force, shall submit three copies of every proposed subdivision plan for which approval is sought, together with the subdivision ordinance, to National Planning Commission for comment and recommendation;IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
2. The National Planning Commission shall review the proposed subdivision plan to determine if it conforms with the subdivision ordinance;
3. The comments and recommendations shall be noted on the copies of the plan submitted. One copy of the plan, with annotations shall be returned to the local government, and one copy shall be transmitted to this Office. The third copy shall be retained in the files of the Commission.
4. On receipt of the copy of the copy of the proposed plan and the comments and recommendations of the National Planning Commission, this Office will take such action as is necessary to secure compliance with the subdivision ordinance in force in the municipality, in fulfillment of our duty of supervising the activity of local governments.
