WHEREAS, Mr. Felipe Montealto was among the 2,000 officials and employees ordered separated from the service in September, 1975; and

WHEREAS, the Secretary of Natural, Resources and the Director of Forest Development have recommended the reinstatement of Mr. Montealto, it appearing that he has no pending administrative/criminal case filed against him.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by the Constitution, do hereby order the immediate reinstatement of Mr. Felipe Montealto as Leadman Laborer of Jalaur Reforestation Project, Calinog, Iloilo, Bureau of Forest Development, provided that during the period from the date of his separation from the service up to his reinstatement in accordance with this Order, he shall be considered under suspension without pay.
