The third paragraph of Administrative Order No. 96, dated May 30, 1939, is hereby amended to read as follows:

“Now, therefore, I, MANUEL ROXAS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby create a committee, for the purpose of handling the funds realized from the holding of such balls.  The Committee shall be composed of the following:

“The Secretary of Health and Public Welfare	Chairman
The Director of Health	Member
The Director of Public Welfare	Member
The City Mayor of Manila	Member”

Done at the City of Manila, this 12th day of August, in the year of Our Lord, 1947, and of the Independence of the Philippines, the second.
