WHEREAS, it would be in the interest of the Government that the existing property under the custody and administration of the Surplus Property Commission be turned over to a private syndicate;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, Elpidio Quirino, President of the Philippines, do hereby create a Committee to evaluate the existing property under the custody and administration of the Surplus Property Commission as well as to consider and study the terms for the turning over of such property in its entirety to a private syndicate. The Committee shall be composed of the following:
