For the purpose of investigating the sale of textiles made by the National Development Company, and in accordance with the request made by the Chairman of its Board of Directors, a committee is hereby constituted composed of the following:

For this purpose, the Committee is hereby authorized to summon witnesses and take testimony or evidence with all the incidental powers thereto as provided in section 580 of the Revised Administrative Code.

The Committee shall report to the President of the Philippines as soon as possible its findings and recommendations.
