SECTION 1. Organization. The Secretary of the Department of National Defense shall be included as additional member of the National Organizing Commission.

SEC. 2. Executive Committee. The following shall be included as additional members of the APEC-EC:

1. Vice-Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces of the Philippines; and
2. General Manager of the Ninoy Aquino International Airport

SEC. 3. Effectivity. This Administrative Order shall take effect immediately.
