DECLARING MONDAY, JUNE 30, 2003 AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN



WHEREAS, June 29, 2003, marks the Foundation Day anniversary of the Province of Cagayan;

WHEREAS, this year June 29 falls on a Sunday;

WHEREAS, to allow maximum participation of all officials of the Province of Cagayan, June 30, 2003, Monday, may be declared as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Cagayan.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G. ROMULO, Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Monday, June 30, 2003, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Cagayan.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
