Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law I, GLORIA MACAPAGA.L-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby segregate the following parcels of land from the reservation established in favor of the Mindanao Agricultural College (now Central Mindanao University) under Proclamation No. 476 dated January 16, 1958, which portions are presently being claimed by members of the indigenous cultural communities/indigenous peoples (ICCs/TPs).

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION/IDENTIFICATION OF LAND
PARCEL I

A PARCEL OF LAND, being a portion of Lot US, 1R-103J-P, Amd,, situated in Barangay Musuan, Municipality of Maramag, Province of Bukidnon. Bounded on the North by remaining portion of Lot l-S, 1R-1031-D, Amd.; on the East by Pulangi River and private properties adjacent to Lot US, IR-IOII-D, Amd.; on the South-West by Taganibong Creek; on the West by the remaining portion of Lot 1-S, IR-1031-D, Amd. Containing an area of THREE MILLION EIGHTY THOUSAND (3,080,000) SQUARE METERS, more or less, subject to final delineation survey on the ground.

PARCEL II

A PARCEL OF LAND, being a portion of Lot 2-Q, IR-1031-D, Amd., situated in Barangay Musuan, Municipality of Maramag, Province of Bukidnon. Bounded on the North by remaining portion of Lot 2-Q, IR-1031-D, Amd.; on the East by remaining portion of Lot 2-Q, IR-103 t-D, Amd.; on the south by Road and private properties adjacent to Lot 2-Q, IR-1031-D, Amd.; on the West by private properties adjacent to Lot 2-Q, IR-1031-D, Amd. Containing an area of THREE MILLION SIX HUNDRED TWENTY THOUSAND (3,620,000) SQUARE METERS, more or less, subject to final delineation survey on the ground.

The beneficiaries of this reservation shall exclusively be the present members of the Manobo Tribe and other ICCs/IPs settled therein at the time of the signing of this proclamation.

The tracts of land herein reserved shall be non-alienable; they shall not be subject of any sale, lease or other disposition except by hereditary succession, unless declared alienable and disposable by proclamation of the President.
