Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law,
I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement, and reserve for multi-purpose plaza site purposes of Barangay Bagumbayan, Municipality of Lupon, Province of Davao Oriental, Island of Mindanao, under the Administration of the Interior and Local Government, subject to private rights, if any there be, certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in Barangay Bagumbayan, Municipality of Lupon, Province of Davao Oriental, Island of Mindanao, which parcel is more particularly described as follows:

Bounded on the NW., N., and NE., along lines 3-4-5-6 by Lot 164 (Road) Ccs-11-000612; on the E., along line 6-7 by National Highway (60.00 m. wide); on the S., along line 7-1 by Lot 70; along line 1-2 by Lot 69, all of Ccs-11-000612; and on the W., along line 2-3 by existing road.
