WHEREAS, Friday, January 10, 2003, marks the 63rd Foundation Day Anniversary of the City of Koronadal, Province of South Cotabato;

WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of the City of Koronadal be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, Friday, January 10, 2003, is hereby declared, a special day in the City of Koronadal, Province of South Cotabato.
