WHEREAS, Proclamation No. 2099 dated June 23, 2010 accorded to Peria Dizon Santos Ocampo, M.D., the rank of National Scientist, with privileges and emoluments attached thereto, for her work in the field of Pediatrics;

WHEREAS, said Proclamation was wrongfully entitled “ACCORDING TO PERLA DIZON SANTOS OCAMPO, M.D., THE RANK AND TITLE OF NATIONAL ARTIST”;

NOW THEREFORE, I, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, President of the Philippines by virtue of the powers vested in me by the Constitution and existing laws, do hereby amend the title of proclamation No. 2099 to read as follows; “ACCORDING TO PERLA DIZON SANTOS OCAMPO, M.D., THE RANK AND TITLE OF NATIONAL SCIENTIST”

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed
