Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, President of the Philippines, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 4 (s. 1920), which reserved certain parcels of public land in Ampayon, Butuan City for school site purposes, by granting ownership thereof to the CSU by virtue of RA No. 9854, located in Ampayon, Butuan City, subject to private rights, if any there be, which parcels of land are particularly described as follows:
