AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 430, DATED DECEMBER 29, 2000, PROCLAMATION 423 DATED JULY 12, 1957 BY EXCLUDING PORTION OF THE LAND EMBRACED THEREIN AND DECLARING THE SAME OPEN FOR DISPOSITION TO THE BONAFIDE AND ACTUAL RESIDENTS THEREOF UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF REPUBLIC ACT NO. 730 IN RELATION TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE PUBLIC LAND ACT (COMMONWEALTH ACT NO. 141, AS AMENDED)
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 430 dated December 29, 2000 and Proclamation 423 dated July 12, 1957, over certain parcels of land embraced therein and declaring the same open for disposition to the bonafide and actual residents thereof under the provisions of the Act. No. 730, in relation to the provisions of Commonwealth Act. No. 141, as amended, under the administration of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to final survey which parcels of land are particularly described as follows:
Lot 1 (Port.) of Proc. 430 (Lower Bicutan)
A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 1 (Port.) of Proc. 430), situated in Barangay Lower Bicutan, Municipality of Taguig, Metro Manila, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the E., and SE., along lines 1-2-3 by Lot 4 (Port. Proc. 423), on the SW., NW., N., & E., along lines 3-4-5-6-1 by Lot 2 (Port. Proc. 430);
Beginning at a point marked "1" of Lot 1, being S. 27-30’ W., 4942.79 m. from BLLM No. 1, Cadm-590-D, Taguig Cad. Mapping, thence:
S. 5-00’ W., 110.00 m. to point 2;
S. 36-39’ W., 72.44 m. to point 3;
N. 75-57’ W., 26.91 m. to point 4;
N. 6-43’ W., 333.12 m. to point 5;
S. 86-46 W., 61.50 m. to point 6;
S. 7-21 E., 167.57 m. to point 7;
beginning, containing an area of NINETEEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED SIX (19,506) square meters.
Lot 3 (Port.) of Proc. 423 (Lower Bicutan)
The parcel of land (Lot 3 (Port.) of Proc. 423), situated in Barangay Lower Bicutan, Municipality of Taguig, Province of Metro Manila, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the W., N., E., SW., & NW., along lines 1-2-3-4-5 Lot 4 (Port. Proc. 423).
Beginning at a point marked "1" Lot 3, being S. 26-53’ W., 5045.49 m. from BLLM No. 1, Cadm-590-D, Taguig, Cad. Mapping, thence:
N. 5-00’ E., 39.99 m. to point 2;
S. 88-09’ E., 40.00 m. to point 3;
S. 5-00’ W., 93.29 m. to point 4;
N. 72-47’ W., 64.49 m. to point 5;
N. 36-39’ E., 44.00 m. to point of;
beginning, containing an area of FOUR THOUSAND (4,000) SQUARE METERS
