CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING, LOCATED ALONG QUIRINO HIGHWAY, BARANGAY SAN BARTOLOME, QUEZON CITY, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER, PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748



Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916, otherwise known as the “Special Economic Zone Act of 1995,” as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a building, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916 as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution Nos. 00-411 (s. 2000) and 10-221 (s. 2010) of the PEZA Board of Directors, as an Information Technology Center, to be known as SMNV IT Center, which stands on several parcels of land, located along Quirino Highway, Barangay San Bartolome, Quezon City, with an aggregate area of Fifty-Four Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy-Three (54,873) Square Meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:
