WHEREAS, on Wednesday, 24 June 2015, the City of Tabaco, Albay marks the celebration of the Tabak Festival, a livelihood showcase of the City of Tabaco, more particularly of its cutlery industry;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tabaco, Albay be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Wednesday, 24 June 2015, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Tabaco, Province of Albay.
