WHEREAS, on Friday, 22 July 2016, in the City of General Santos marks the celebration of its Indigenous People 2^nd B'laan City.

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and prope that the people of the City of General Santos be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO R. DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 22 July 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the City of General Santos.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
