WHEREAS, Thursday, 29 September 2016, marks the 266^th Foundation Day of the Municipality of San Rafael, Province of Bulacan;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of San Rafael, Bulacan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO R. DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 29 September 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of San Rafael, Province of Bulacan.
