WHEREAS, the Municipality of Malvar, Batangas marks the 151^st birth anniversary of General Miguel Malvar on Tuesday, 27 September 2016;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Malvar, Batangas be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE,  do hereby declare Tuesday, 27 September 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Malvar, Batangas.
