DECLARING SEPTEMBER 25, 2004 AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF ALBAY
WHEREAS, the exhumation and re-interment of the remains of Gen. Simeon Ola is scheduled on September 25, 2004 at the Gen. Simeon a. Ola Shrine in Guinobatan, Abay;
WHEREAS, to give more meaning and importance to the occasion, it is fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Albay be given full opportunity to p anticipate this momentous event with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Acting Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare September 25, 2004, as special (non-working) day in the Province of Albay.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
