WHEREAS, Saturday, 8 October 2016, marks the 16th Charter Foundation Anniversary of the City of Koronadal;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Koronadal be given   full opportunity   to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Saturday, 8 October 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Koronadal.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
