DECLARING FRIDAY, 21 OCTOBER 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF NEGROS ORIENTAL



WHEREAS, Friday, 21 October 2016, marks the celebration of the “Buglasan Festival” in the month of October of every year;

WHEREAS, in order for the people of the Province of Negros Oriental to celebrate and participate in the event, the Sangguniang Panlalawigan has requested that Friday, 21 October 2016 be declared as a special non-working day in the Province of Negros Oriental.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 21 October 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Negros Oriental.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
