WHEREAS, Monday, 7 November 2016, marks the 140^th Foundation Anniversary of the Municipality of Cuenca, Batangas;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Cuenca, Batangas be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 7 November 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Cuenca, Batangas.
