WHEREAS, on Saturday, 12 November 2016, the City of Valenzuela marks its 393^rd Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Valenzuela be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Saturday, 12 November 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Valenzuela.
