WHEREAS, Tuesday, 22 November 2016, marks the 43^rd Founding Anniversary of the Province of Sultan Kudarat;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Sultan Kudarat be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 22 November 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Sultan Kudarat.
