WHEREAS, the City of Tarlac marks the celebration of the 1^st Kaisa Festival on Friday, 20 January 2017, with the theme "Pagdiriwang ng Diwa ng Pagkakaisa ng mga Tarlaqueño;"

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tarlac be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 20 January 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Tarlac.
