WHEREAS on Friday 3 February 2017, the City of Cabanatuan matks the celebration of its 67^th Foundation Anniversary.

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Cabanatuan, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary by authority or the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 3 February 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the City ot Cabanatuan
