WHEREAS, Tuesday, 25 April 2017, marks the celebration of the Charter Anniversary of the City of Ilsabela, Basilan;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Isabela, Basilan, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 25 April 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Isabela, Basilan.
