WHEREAS, Wednesday, 19 April 2017 , marks the 19TH Charter Anniversary of  t he City of Tarlac;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tarlac, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I , SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President , RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 19 April 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Tarlac.
