WHEREAS, on Saturday, 17 June 2017, the Province of Agusan del Sur marks the celebration of its Fiftieth (50th) Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Agusan del Sur, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C,. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Saturday, 17 June 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Agusan del Sur.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
