WHEREAS, Friday, 01 September 2017, marks the 103rd Foundation day of the Province of Bukidnon; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Bukidnon, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 01 September 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Bukidnon.
